BODYSTEP™ is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you get huge motivation from sing-a-long music and approachable instructors. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone your body. |

BLENDED 20/20/20 - Mix of Zumba, Step,& Weights (20min. each) This class can be low to high impact based on the intensity the participant puts into it. |

BLENDED 30/30 - 30 minutes of freestyle step & 30 minutes of freestyle weight training followed by mat work. |

RIP EXPRESS - RIP Express is a 45-minute barbell program for able-bodied men and women of all ages and all fitness levels. Matching movement to music and using traditional strength training allows participants to work at their own level |

STEP EXPRESS - A 45-minute cardio interval workout utilizing the step, includes some upper body and core work and finishes with a recovery stretch to jump start your day. |
